
The following Terms and Conditions should be read by the client- private, retail or commercial, before he or she enters into an agreement with our cleaning services. The Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Regular cleaning – domestic or office
Our cleaning crew would need a minimum duration of 3 hours per visit in order to ensure thorough cleaning. Access to hot water and electricity supply is to be provided by the client, as mentioned on the website pages and catalogs. The quotation is not inclusive of usage of our cleaning equipment – these have to be furnished by the client, according to the surfaces and materials to be cleaned. Provision of cleaning equipment from our end would attract additional fee. A referral fee of 1000 pounds applies if the client tries to use or hire the services of another cleaning service, even after the termination of the existing contract with our services.
End of Tenancy Cleaning / One-off cleaning
We reserve the rights to amend the initial costing quote provided by us, if the client chooses to change the requirements agreed upon earlier. Each visit would require 4 hours for ensuring a thorough cleaning process. The cleaning equipment, essentials like water supply and electricity etc. are to be provided by the client, in addition to the provision of the checklist for the tasks to be performed.
Upholstery and Carpet cleaning
We reserve the right to collect 50 pounds through bank transfer or cheque before the cleaning services begin, and the same would be deducted from the final billing amount. The client order needs to be confirmed in advance. Power supply, parking space for a car, and water to be provided by the client.
Payment
The responsibility of a dishonored cheque lies with the client. All the outstanding payments can be made in the form of cash or cheque on the day of cleaning.
Claims
We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or damage to the property. All the claims need to be made within the 24 hours of the cleaning process; notifications after that tenure will not be entertained. Customer dissatisfaction would be entertained in the form of a repeat, free cleaning service by a cleaner.
Cancellations
Regular cleaning – domestic and office
A cleaning visit can be cancelled only if client intimates the same at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Services can be terminated if the notice is given at least 2 weeks in advance, or else the customer is liable to pay the service amount for one cleaning visit.
End of tenancy / One-off cleaning
The customer needs to cancel the visit with an advance notice of at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. A fine of 20 pounds is levied per cleaner, if the intimation comes in less than 48 hours of the impending visit.
Carpet cleaning
Any cancellation would require a prior intimation of at least 24 hours. Any delay would be charged a late fine of 40% of the total quoted amount. The pre-deposit amount can be used by us to cover for the cancellation fee.
